Very dissapointed telling lies all the time make me fill like I'm in pikes yard will not recommend don't spent your time wit them
The most disgustingly dirty place i have ever encountered!A health and safety nightmare camp!!Took a while to have our arrival acknowledged.Pod freezing cold! At the very least could of turned heaters on as we were expected.Extension leads creating extra powet points.Free standing electric heaters.Toilet/showers blocked. Stack pipes leaking when chain pulled. Overflowing waste bins. Had to bleach washing up sink myself prior to use.Scrap caravans and metal littering the pathway to dog area. Disused wire fencing overhanging stream.Our dogs must have encountered some very poor land as spent all evening scratching and biting burning pads after walking the area!!No refund offered despite acknowledgement of why we were leaving!!
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! This company was re-named to SOUTHDOWNS CARAVANS which has the same owner - Mr Terry Harris so don't expect anything better from the new company. They have sold me a written off caravan, but they forgot to tell me that the caravan was previously involved in an accident. The caravan should have been sold at the fraction of the selling price and they have broken the law not telling me the true background of the caravan....when I realised this Mr Harris refused to refund the money....Luckily I have used my credit card so my credit card company is currently dealing with Mr Harris trying to get my money back.
Very helpful staff, visited in initial fact-finding stages, very likely to return to purchase.
Me my wife and young daughter stayed at the campsite last night. The site was so tidy and all the people on the site were very friendly and very quiet.We also took our dog which was No problem as there was nice dog walks close by.Would recommend to anyone wanting a campsite in this area.
