The staff are lovely at the surgery. However, the professionalism of my doctor and the frustrations of obtaining even a simple referral letter is very difficult and follow-ups suggested in any consultations I had, were never followed up, unless you chase yourself daily.
My family moved to Liphook in 1999, and from that time we have been very impressed with the level of care and professionalism provided by both the doctors and nursing support staff.I have been a regular attendee at their Asthma Clinic, the efficacy of which I cannot fault in the slightest.
Over the 4 years we have been using the LIphook surgery we have never been less than impressed. Our family's needs have ranged widely from baby care, emergency care to the care of the elderly. Always rapid responses, on the phone at least, to medical questions with sympathetic and effective advice and treatment. Our feeling is that their methods should be a model for the Ministry of Health on how to run a GP practice properly.
There are couple of good doctors BUT... They want to sort out every second issue with paracetamol, google your symptoms to diagnose you and sometimes not at all take you seriously. Also you have to wait more than a week for an urgent appointment even if you are pregnant with problems putting you and the baby in potential risk! I think that is unacceptable.
