Perfect! We've used the sauces for years. I love to use them for gatherings too. My party guests always want more and say how great my curry is!
I bought this from my local butcher I must admit this curry sauce has gotta be the best you can buy lots of flavour and the just the right heat but not to much so you can't taste the flavours will differently buy again.
A bit disappointing. Tried the "Hot Madras" sauce bought from a local butcher. Was expecting something closer to the restaurant taste and consistency - and had high hopes given the fact that onions rather tomatoes feature at the top of the ingredients list. The sauce is better than most jar based sauces but ultimately is more akin to the sauce that comes with a supermarket bought microwave ready curry than it is to a restaurant based sauce. The sauce does have a nice blast of chilli heat and it does start to taste better as the meal progresses. Ultimately though just okay and not a must buy.
