We received a recommendation to use Clive and were not disappointed. Installed the stove of our choice, was done within half a day and fitted us in on short notice. Came with all the required equipment and protected the carpets leaving the house immaculate. They were very friendly and prompt in all communications, even when I made a mistake. Fast, friendly and tidy, what more could you want.

Done my woodburner a couple of years ago and still going strong
Came out to inspect chimney to see if it would be possible to install a log burner. Mentioned he needed to mix up some cement using water in the roof drain pipe as he removed something to look down the chimney and needed to fix it back.We have tried to make contact as the chimney now leaks in our lounge during rain damaging the ceiling and items below but no response.Was the only person we instructed to quote. No one else has touched it and it had not leaked before hand.I will now need to pay for a professional repair just for getting a quote for the work. Very glad works were not done.
